Began her trajectory in the third sector 16 years ago, where she had already acted in culture, education, health, human rights and technology projects. Since 2019, he has been working in the games industry with the challenge of bringing more diversity and inclusion to the scene. Now in 2024, DiversiGames was launched, a Hub that integrates ESG and GAMES, with interventions that generate a positive impact for minority groups within the billion-dollar gaming industry.

In August 2022 I took the position in the Royalties and Special Music Projects sector at KondZilla.

Additionally, I am a board observer at ABMI, the voice of independent Brazilian companies and producers in the Brazilian and international phonographic market, where I help defend our industry's interests.

Copyright lawyer since 2007, Master's and Ph.D. in Copyright Law from UFRJ. Visiting Researcher at Queen Mary University of London. Campello is the founder and CEO of ORB Music, a rights management company that takes care of the copyright of over 100 creators. Through ORB, more than R$ 300 million in royalties have been paid throughout its history, of which R$ 60 million were recovered from ECAD . Campello has been involved in the development of copyright strategies for prominent creators in the Brazilian music scene, with clients in various segments such as Umberto Tavares, Anitta, Papatinho and Kevin O Chris; Erasmo Carlos and Zeca Pagodinho; and Remo Usai, Mú Carvalho, Tim Rescala, among others.

Raína Biriba is a Producer and Cultural Manager and Music Curator, graduated in Cultural Production from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). She is a partner and creative director at Encruzilhada - Hub of Culture and Art; executive director of Afrontart - Quilombo Digital de Artes; and strategic director of the Frequências Preciosas platform, aimed at disseminating and promoting music made by black and indigenous women. In 15 years of experience, he has collaborated with names such as Festival AFROPUNK BAHIA in partnership with ID Works, Margareth Menezes, Àttooxxá, Linn da Quebrada, Enio, Lia de Itamaracá, among others.
