Camila Hamaoui | Palestrante

Camila Hamaoui is a mother of two boys and managing director of Wieden + Kennedy SP. With over 20 years of experience, the executive has worked in some of Brazil's leading agencies, including NBS, DM9, F/Nazca, and Leo Burnett. Since 2019, she has been responsible for Client Services at W+K SP, leading relationships with clients such as Nike, Uber, Google, Nubank, Pepsi, among others. She has also contributed to the new business area, expanding the client portfolio. Throughout her career, the executive has overseen the management of global accounts such as Nike, Facebook, HBO Max, and Budweiser, leading multifunctional teams, promoting synergy between strategic planning, creative, and media.

Edu Lorenzi | Palestrante

Graduated in Advertising and Public Relations from ESPM, with a postgraduate degree in administration from FGV and an MBA from the Berlin School, he has over 25 years of experience. The executive joined Publicis in 2015 as VP of Planning. Since 2019, he has been leading the agency as CEO. He was once elected Planner of the Year by APP, and was also a nominee for the same title in Caboré. He has served as a judge in major strategy awards, as well as the president of the Planning Group from 2011 to 2013 and a member of the institution's board from 2013 to 2017. Currently, he is a member of the Client Council of Meta in Brazil, and also the Council of the Diversity Observatory in Advertising.

Tatiana Marinho, partner and CEO of Gana, a 100% black advertising agency, mentor at Top2You and columnist for M&M's Women to Watch. With this prominent position comes the profound responsibility of positively impacting her community and being a reference for other women to also reach leadership positions. With 23 years in advertising, she has a degree in Business Administration, a specialization in Controllership and an MBA in Controllership for Business Management. She has worked for large agencies, experiences that were fundamental to her professional development. A native of Bahia who has lived in São Paulo for 16 years, she is passionate about the energy of her homeland.
