Inês Maciel is a black designer and researcher, specialized in Extended Realities. With a PhD in Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ, the researcher works with the CENA/UFSCar research group and as a founding member of the XRBR association, coordinating the research “Mapping the XR Ecosystem in Brazil”. Since 2019, she has been the director of AZIMUTVR, working in the production of immersive content and Cinematic VR. The professor is also part of the Graduate Program PPGMC - ECO / UFRJ, with a work directed to research on Extended Realities and METAVERSE. Among his works at Metaverso, the METAVERSIDADE Extension project stands out with the METAVERSIDADE exhibition.
