César Barbosa is a creative producer, writer and director focused in animation projects development. He is the co-owner of KAPLOW, a creative studio based in Rio de Janeiro and the current vice president of ABCA, the Brazilian Animation Association. Currently, is a Master's student in Creative Media at UFRJ and directs the adult animation "Nico & Madá", scheduled for realease in 2024.
