Born in São Paulo, Carina divides her time working as a fully bi-lingual writer and producer. Carina produced, alongside Guillermo Del Toro, the animated feature film BOOK OF LIFE, directed by Jorge Guttierrez. In Brazil, Carina was showrunner of the musical series GABY ESTRELLA, and screenwriter and producer of the feature film. Carina co-created and executive produced the action series SEM VOLTA; created and produced the teen action comedy JUACAS; and was showrunner of the musical series BIG TOP ACADEMY. Currently, Carina is showrunner of the kids’ animated series BA DA BEAN (Discovery Kids) and NUTTY BOY (Netflix), and is developing and producing several projects with various channels.
