Biomedical researcher, Master's and PhD in Sciences from the Postgraduate Program in Biochemistry (PPGBq) at the Institute of Chemistry (IQ), Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Aline completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship in Neuroscience at the Department of Neurodegeneration and Restaurative Research at Georg-August University Medicine Göttingen (UMG), in Germany. She is currently an associate researcher at the Pediatrics Department of the D'Or Institute for Research and Education (IDOR), where she coordinates translational research projects investigating epigenetic alterations that affect child development. Aline is also the mother of baby Vicente and has a great passion for painting.
