Joana Coelho

People Management Consultant - Specialist in Organizational Neuroscience

Biomedical scientist graduated from UNIRIO, with an MBA in Business Management and Development (UFRJ), a specialization in Strategic HR Management (FGV), and training in People Analytics. With over 10 years of experience in Applied Behavioral Neuroscience, she is currently an Organizational Neuroscience Specialist. Using neuroscience insights, she helps organizations create environments and cultures that foster human development, prioritizing psychological safety and employee well-being. She has worked with clients such as O Boticário, Natura, Givaudan, SOMOS Educação, Engie, iFood, and Sabesp. She is also a guest lecturer at ESPM and Conquer.
