The players in the Rio2C business rounds are major production companies, channels, streaming platforms and media companies - national and international - that are looking for promising projects to produce or co-produce. Participants include:

. Production companies: Companies established in the national and international audiovisual market, interested in original and creative fiction and non-fiction projects.

. Streaming platforms: Large digital distribution services, looking for innovative content aligned with audiovisual market trends.

. FAST TVs and new media: Free ad-supported television services, known as FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV), that seek exclusive content to attract and engage diverse audiences.

These players offer content creators a valuable opportunity to present their ideas and establish strategic connections to enable productions and partnerships with global impact.

Rio2C offers a unique opportunity for creators and producers to present their projects in a pitching format. A specialized committee, made up of big names in the audiovisual industry, selects the projects to be presented in person at RIO2C to a specialized panel, and in front of an audience full of qualified professionals from the audiovisual market, promoting an environment of great visibility and interaction. In addition, the projects selected to present during the event have access to prior training, so that participants are better prepared for their pitches during RIO2C.

The main differences between these two audiovisual pitching formats are:

Industry Pitching: It is the exhibition of intellectual property by a legal entity (CNPJ) that produces original content. It requires the participant to have an INDUSTRY credential to register and is held in the Business Hall.

Talent Pitching: It is the exhibition of intellectual property by screenwriters or producers (CPF) of original content. It requires the participant to have a CREATOR OR INDUSTRY credential to register and is held at CREATOR SQUARE.
