Rio2C's Editorial Pitching is an initiative that connects authors and creators with professionals from the publishing and audiovisual industries, offering two different modalities. It's a space where creativity meets opportunity, whether it's adapting literary works to audiovisual or launching new stories on the publishing market.
Editorial Pitching offers two modalities. You can choose which one best suits the profile of your project:
• Book to Audiovisual Adaptation: Aimed at authors, publishers and literary agents who wish to present literary works - such as books or comics, published or unpublished - for possible adaptation into audiovisual formats. The aim is to turn these narratives into films, series, podcasts or games, expanding the reach of the stories and creating new licensing opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Original Story for Publication: Aimed at writers with original ideas who are seeking publication. This modality allows new authors to present their stories to publishers, platforms and literary agents, with a view to getting their works published and entering the publishing market.
