Responsible for the legal department of Fluminense Football Club since October 2005, assumed the position of Professional Football Lawyer in 2007 and was promoted to Legal Director in 2008, a position she holds to this day, having combined the position with that of CEO between 2014 and 2017, becoming the first woman to hold the position of CEO at a football club in Brasil. Member of the sports law committee of the OAB/RJ for several years, sports arbitrator of the CBMA (Brazilian center for mediation and arbitration), sole representative of the internal legal department of a football club in the Special Sports Committee of the CBMA, creator and developer of the sports law profile @futjur.
