Carolina Alzuguir is the Head of Music at Spotify in Brazil. With 21 years of experience in the music industry, focusing on the digital market, she has consistently contributed to content and release strategies within the music sector. She has developed marketing campaigns and business partnerships at major entertainment companies such as Sony Music, Twitter, Multishow, BMG, Oi, Conspiração Filmes, and others. For over seven years at Spotify, Carolina leads the Artist & Label Partnerships and Editorial teams, supporting artists at various stages of their careers, curating and offering content to users both on and off the platform, and overseeing special music projects.
