Cristiane holds a Master's degree in Computer Science, Education, and Society from UFRJ and an MBA in e-business from FGV. With over 20 years of experience in education, technology, and innovation, she has led transformative projects in quilombos, rural areas, and vulnerable communities. She was a Technical and Pedagogical Coordinator for the NAVE program and was part of the founding team at Escola Eleva, where she developed an innovative technological curriculum. At EnsineMe, she designed a socio-emotional program that received an award from ABED. Currently, Cristiane is the Head of Innovation at YDUQS, a teacher at CESAR School, and a mentor for the Alumna, Mulheres Agilistas, and LALA.
