Transforma

Dani has worked on feature films in NYC, was a partner at a production company, and a manager at Globo, leading a team of 500+. She holds a Media Production degree from Marymount, with a specialization from NYU and an MBA in Business Management, always pursuing non-obvious paths in audiovisual. A specialist in Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile, she co-created the Audiovisual Ágil method with Leo Edde, translating these practices into “creativeness.” Since 2020, through Transformação Audiovisual, she has trained 500+ professionals in courses, mentorships, and workshops. In 2024, she launched the Transforma platform at Rio2C, which now has 1,000+ members.
