Mara Eskinazi is professor at the FAU UFRJ). Architect and Urbanist (FA UFRGS), Master in Architecture (PROPAR FA UFRGS), and PhD in Urbanism (PROURB FAU UFRJ), with a doctoral period of studies at the Institut für Architektur of the TU Berlin. Post-doctoral researcher at the Institute of Fine Arts of the New York University. She has practical and academic experience in the field of Architecture and Urbanism, with an emphasis on architectural design, and theory, history and criticism of architecture, working mainly modern architecture and housing. In 2024, was selected for the Edward Larocque Tinker Visiting Professors program to work as a visiting professor at GSAPP Columbia University in 2025.
