Ferrugem is a Rio de Janeiro born and raised singer, composer, producer and businessman. Before taking his home country by storm with his powerful voice, Jheison Failde de Sonza worked as a street vendor and a newspaper hawker. With a 10-year successful career, he is known as one of the most popular pagode and samba singers in Brazil. He has earned more than 10 millions monthly listeners on Spotify, over 3,6 billion views and 5,82 million subscribers in his YouTube channel. Ferrugem has also been nominated for various prestigiosus awards - like the Latin Grammys, Prêmio Multishow and TV Globo’s Troféu Melhores do Ano. He has also packed up houses wherever he performs.
