Consuelo Cruz is a Bahian native, holding a degree in Vernacular Letters from the Recôncavo region of Bahia. During her 11-year tenure at Globosat, she held various roles, including producer, casting producer, and content editor on the GNT channel. She was also a co-creator of the ethnic-racial group, JND, which evolved into Globuntu. At Globo, she has produced content for various projects, such as ''Estrela da Casa,' and 'Big Brother,' among others. She is part of the content team in Entertainment and Varieties at Globo and is currently working on the 2025 edition of Big Brother. Consuelo is also pursuing a master's degree in Media and Daily Life at UFF.
