Lilian A. Lubochinski is an architect and urban planner who graduated from Technion (Israel, 1975), where she began her studies in gerontology. She introduced the topic of spatial solutions for aging in Brazil in 1988. Her work includes regenerative projects and systemic inclusion, such as the ENFF/MST campus, shelters for people in vulnerable situations, and agrarian reform settlements with active community participation. She developed a collaborative master plan for a town in the Mantiqueira region. A certified facilitator in senior cohousing, since 2014 she has been offering mentoring, consulting, and courses through her company, Situação Arquitetura.
