Alessandra Lotufo holds degrees in Industrial Design, Philosophy, and Marketing, with a postgraduate degree in Graphic Design from the renowned School of Visual Arts in New York. After building a solid career in internal communication and serving large companies across various industries, Alessandra transitioned into corporate education by founding the startup Be Live Learning. This initiative marked a turning point in her career, leading to the company’s acquisition by the House of Brains holding. Alessandra is the Managing Director of Afferolab, a leading upskilling brand within the holding’s portfolio, including BMI, a prominent consultancy in organizational redesign.
