Eduardo Freire is the CEO of FWK Innovation Design, a “fazedoria” that connects strategy, culture, and execution. He is the creator of Project Thinking and author of the book of the same name. He is also a partner at FWK Ventures, investing in innovative businesses in Brazil, the U.S., and Europe, and at Orfeu, an AI platform for corporate innovation. Named one of the Top 50 Global Design Thinking Leaders (Thinkers360/2025), he holds a master’s from CIN/UFPE, is a PhD candidate at Cesar School, and studied at SingularityU Brazil, UC Berkeley, and Stanford (ongoing). He’s a five-time Microsoft MVP, UNESCO consultant, GV Angels member, and teaches MBAs at Poli/UFRJ, USP/ESALQ, UFPE, UFRN, and PUC-PR.
