Cinthia Gherardi has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing, a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences and a Master's degree in Sustainability with a focus on corporate climate strategy. With over 15 years of experience in business management and marketing, she has built brands with a strong purpose of transformation in large companies and discovered the power of impact businesses through her experience at Mãe Terra, a Certified B Corporation. Today, she works as Co-Executive Director at Sistema B Brasil and believes in the power of regenerative leadership as a force for transformation in business and a path to building a more inclusive and equitable society.
