Warner Music Brasil

Born in Minas Gerais and a dancer since she was 3 years old, Ana Paula Paulino discovered her true calling for artistic management after moving to Rio de Janeiro in 2014. With a bachelor degree in PR (UFMG), she is one of the partners of Ubuntu Produções, together with her sister Isaura Paulino. The company is responsible for managing careers of artists like MC Carol and operates in the areas of event production and cultural management. In 2023, the executive also became A&R Manager at Warner Music Brazil and now works with artists such as MC IG, Pocah and Pedro Sampaio. Ana is also a curator, director and screenwriter of music videos, activist, speaker and columnist for Mundo da Música.
