Tatiana Ponce is Vice President of Brand and Innovation at Natura, responsible for the brand and product innovation team for the Natura and Avon brands, in categories such as personal care, face and makeup, and perfumery. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, media and communication, digital, and sales, Tatiana also has experience at the German group Beiersdorf, owner of the Nivea, Eucerin, and La Prairie brands, Boticário, Colgate Palmolive, and the multi-brand group Reckitt. Her projects have been recognized internationally by the Cannes Lions festival, Digital Prix, Effe, and Clio. She holds a degree in Marketing from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, and an MBA from Ibmec.
