Lawyer with a specialization in Sports Management from the Brazilian Olympic Institute and a Master's Degree in Creative Economy, Strategy and Innovation from ESPM. He is currently Youth Games Manager for the Brazilian Olympic Committee. Previously, he was Sports and Leisure Secretary of Angra dos Reis and Executive Director of the Brazilian Sailing Confederation. As a sailing athlete, he won the gold medal at the Rio 2007 and Guadalajara 2011 Pan American Games, and silver in Santo Domingo 2003, as well as four world titles in the J24 Class. He was Head of the Brazilian Sailing Team at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and has been the General Coordinator of the Youth Games since 2022.
