She is a professor at PUCRS and a speaker, as well as a columnist for Mina - UOL, where she writes about work-related topics. Maíra has also been invited as an expert for interviews on media outlets such as CNN, Globo, and TV Cultura. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked at major companies like Itaú, TIM, Pagseguro, and GetNinjas.
