Ynara Baltazar, 18 years old, lives in RJ. Young communicator and articulator of CEDECA RJ, defender of environmental justice and the impacts of environmental racism in her territory and for children and adolescents. She delivered to the leaders of the G20 Social a letter with the demands of 50,000 children and adolescents from 60 countries, the result of a global consultation led by Plan International Brazil and Save the Children. Completion of a basic course “Young Communicators” at CEDECA RJ, is a student of Cultural Production, writes and produces social media content about the reality of the community in which she lives, spreading information and indicating needs for improvements.
