Larissa works at BIT, an applied research and innovation consultancy specializing in social and behavioral change. She has experience in quantitative methods and impact evaluation and uses behavioral insights to understand social challenges and design effective solutions to determine what works, for whom, and why. Before BIT, she spent six years working in the education sector. She led research and data analysis at Instituto Sonho Grande and contributed to the evaluation of educational policies at organizations like Instituto Ayrton Senna and Fundação Lemann. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and Government from FGV-EAESP and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from FEA-USP.
