Alan Spector serves as the new Chief Digital & Marketing Officer (CDMO) of L'Oréal Group in Brazil, overseeing E-Commerce, Data, Media, New Business and Innovation, Consumer & Market Insights, and Consumer Care. Alan began his professional journey in 2008 as a Trainee at Nestlé, where he spent over 4 years before moving on to Ambev. He joined L'Oréal Group in 2013 as a Senior Brand Manager in L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty. In this business unit, he served as Director for major brands such as Vichy, SkinCeuticals, and CeraVe.
