Toca Discos is a music label that runs the iconic Toca do Bandido Studio and Guest House, as well as develops artist careers and music business educational programs. Toca Discos holds the management of a new generation of talented Brazilian artists. The company is led by Constança Scofield's (A&R, Music Supervisor, Mentor, Lawyer and CEO) and Felipe Rodarte (Lawyer, Music Producer and Mentor). Constança has been leading Toca do Bandido Studio aiming to increase women's participation in audio recording and music production. She has been mentoring female programs such as ASA (British Council & Oi Futuro) and was one of the minds modeling Labsonica Artist Boosting program.
