A native of Minas Gerais and a dancer since the age of 3, Ana Paula Paulino discovered her true calling for artistic management and music career planning after moving to RJ in 2014. With a Bachelor's degree in PR from UFMG, she is one of the partners at Ubuntu Productions, along with her sister Isaura Paulino. The company is responsible for the artistic career management of names like MC Carol and operates in the areas of event production and cultural management. In 2023, the executive also took on the role of A&R Manager at Warner Music Brazil, working with artists such as MC IG, Pocah, and Pedro Sampaio. Ana is also a curator, director and scriptwriter for music videos, activist, speaker (TEDx speaker), and a columnist for Popline.Biz.
