The Brazilian Union of Composers - UBC is a non-profit association, run by authors, whose main objective is the defense and promotion of the interests of music copyright holders and the distribution of earnings generated by their use, as well as cultural development. UBC was founded in 1942 by authors and continues to operate dynamically today, with excellence in information technology and transparency, representing more than 40,000 members, including authors, performers, musicians, publishers, and record labels.

Carol Crispim


Carol Crispim holds a degree in cultural production with a specialization in Music and Business. She has been working in the music industry for 12 years. Currently, she serves as an A&R at UBC (Brazilian Union of Composers) and is the founder of Groove Lab, a production company focused on promoting opportunities for women in music.
