Cadu Lemos, from São Paulo, has had a diversified career, starting out as a DJ and radio announcer in the 80s, in the rock scene of Brasília, returning to São Paulo where he worked in marketing and communications in the Ogilvy and Wunderman groups and also in the financial market, as marketing director of Banco Nacional. His work is content development, lectures, workshops and retreats, using content from his research into organizational culture, human development and neuroscience(Flow state, neurofeedback and biofeedback),to deal with the challenges of mental and emotional health and the transformation from an individualistic culture to a collaborative one in times of artificial intelligence.
