Andreza Delgado is the co-creator of PerifaCon, the first nerd convention of favelas, and creator of Portal PerifaCon, a website focused on pop culture. She assumes the creative direction of Irmãos Delgado, a creative hub that makes comunication strategies and shows and festivals coverage. She also produces Gamer Perifa and Copa das Favelas, awarded in 2021 as the best geek social project. Delgado works as a curator and was awarded for the campaign "Vivo: Fábulas da Conexão". Presenter, YouTuber and podcaster, she talks about the importance of the geek culture's democratization in the suburbs, beyond pop culture in general, highlighting black artists.
