Robin Givhan

Robin Givhan is an award-winning journalist. She is the former senior critic-at-large for the Washington Post. Givhan’s work has also appeared in the New York Times, Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, New York and the New Yorker. She is the author of “The Battle of Versailles: The Night American Fashion Stumbled Into The Spotlight And Made History” and “Make It Ours: Crashing the Gates of Culture with Virgil Abloh.” In 2006, she won the Pulitzer Prize in criticism for her fashion coverage. In 2024, she was the recipient of the Rabkin Prize for her arts writing. She lives in Washington, DC.
