Jacob Abrian

At just 22, Jacob Abrian established the Arab Fashion Council in 2014, now the world’s largest non-profit fashion authority representing 22 Arab countries. Over the past decade, Abrian has led a strategic transformation of the regional industry, from fragmented markets to a more unified, globally engaged platform. This vision materialised through the launch of Arab Fashion Week, which later evolved into Dubai Fashion Week, co-founded with Dubai Design District, which positioned Dubai within the international fashion calendar. Beyond the runway, he has driven education and talent initiatives, from scholarships to the AFC Green Label, advancing a more responsible, future-focused industry.
