Marcelo Favaretto is a Social Communication (Midialogy) graduate from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in television and streaming projects, collaborating with platforms and broadcasters such as Globo, Multishow, Netflix, Disney+, SBT, Prime Video, and HBO Max. He is currently Head of Non-Fiction Development at Formata, a Brazilian independent production company behind titles such as Minha Mãe e Seu Pai (Globoplay), The Voice Brasil (Disney+ and SBT), Fábrica de Casamentos (SBT), LOL: Last One Laughing (Prime Video), A Voz do Carnaval (Multishow), Crush Animal (Multishow), and Auto Esporte (Globo), among others.
