Susanna Lira is a filmmaker graduated in International Law and Human Rights.
Throughout her career she has directed over 10 documentaries that were showcased in several international film festivals.
Winner of 20th Festival Do Rio as Best director, has directed and wrote TV series for channels such as HBO, TV Globo, Al Jazeera, among others.
Her latest documentary, “Não Saia Hoje” (2017) has won a silver medal at The New York Film Festival.
